Megan Lindley, RDN, LD, CDCES
Hi! I’m Megan — a Registered Dietitian and Certified Diabetes Care and Education
Specialist.
I’m passionate about empowering individuals to take charge of their health through
knowledge, practical skills, and compassionate support. I believe that nutrition and
lifestyle choices are deeply personal and influenced by many factors — all of which
deserve to be acknowledged and respected. My goal is to help people make informed,
realistic decisions that align with their health goals, preferences, and unique
circumstances. There’s no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition!
I grew up in Southeast Alaska, but Oregon has always felt like a second home. After
earning my master’s degree from Bastyr University and completing my Dietetic
Internship at the University of Alaska Anchorage, I returned to Oregon to begin my
career. I later pursued certification as a Diabetes Care and Education Specialist to
deepen my expertise in diabetes management and help patients navigate the condition
while maintaining a high quality of life.
Joining the Synergy Team has been a rewarding experience, allowing me to expand my
skills in diabetes technology — including insulin pump therapy — and continue
supporting patients in meaningful, hands-on ways.
I now live in Bend with my husband, daughter, and our mini Aussie. In my free time, I
enjoy reading, cooking, hiking, and camping in the beautiful outdoors.
