Notice of Rate Increases
Please be advised that we have begun rolling out price increases across all service lines.
This price increase is necessary due to our increasing operational costs of rent, payroll expenses, and price increases in our supply chain. We have conducted market research and been careful to maintain competitive pricing compared to others in our industry, while also making necessary increases.
How does this affect you?
For those paying in full at time of service, our prompt pay incentive rates are as follows:
Nutrition Therapy $177 per visit
Diabetes Education $190 per visit
Massage Therapy $60 for 30 minute massage, $100 for 60 minute massage, and $140 for a 90 minute massage.
For those billing insurance--we have raised our billed rates but have yet to see much difference in what is paid out. On average we've seen them pay from $0-$8 more per session. We will keep an eye on your benefits with you and try to make sure you stay within any annual limits; we also encourage you to watch your explanation of benefits to see what your insurance is paying.
We offer a prompt pay incentive for those paying in full at the time of service. This is because in those cases we do not have to utilize extra staffing hours for billing, posting payments, aging accounts receivable, collections or appealing denied claims.
If you are experiencing hardship and are unable to afford the costs of your care, we can (in some cases) offer sliding scale services. Contact RanDee if you would like to discuss financial assistance options. It’s important that we continue to make our care accessible to all.
As always, we are committed to providing quality service to you and appreciate your business and continued support.

Changes to Billing for Aetna (Massage Therapy Only)
Aetna utilizes American Specialty Health Network (ASHN) to credential providers and process claims for massage therapy. As many of you know, we've been trying to work with ASHN to negotiate improved fee schedules over the past few years. We are told by ASHN that they will not negotiate their reimbursement rates, which are currently 25% of the industry standard or what we bill. As a result, we have made the difficult decision to end our contracts with ASHN.
For clients with Aetna-unfortunately we will not be able to bill in-network for massage therapy provided to you after October 1, 2023. Some plans do offer out-of-network benefits so we encourage you to call Aetna to ask about your coverage for out of network services. In these instances we will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to insurance for reimbursement (or partial reimbursement)
For those who do not have out-of-network benefits or do not wish to bill insurance, we invite you to explore our discounted packages for pre-paid services.
We do not want to lose you as clients! We thank you for your understanding of this tough situation. We are SO SAD to announce this change; the decision has not been made lightly. Please contact us with any questions or concerns you have about this upcoming change.
