I am a licensed massage therapist and have been practicing massage since graduating from a 660 hour program at The Costa Rica School Of Massage Therapy in 2024.
I have always been interested in how the body works and in holistic and traditional healing practices. Since beginning work as a massage therapist, I have found that I really enjoy helping people feel at home in their body through touch. I believe massage is a wonderful way to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain. Helping people feel their best through massage is my passion.
I specialize in several massage modalities including Swedish, Craniosacral, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial release, prenatal massage, cupping, Gua Sha, assisted stretching, and deep tissue massage.
In addition to practicing massage therapy, I also enjoy painting, sketching, playing piano, knitting, literature, movement, and rock ‘n’ roll.
