Balsamic Berry Winter Salad
Options: sub greens for any you may have left over from this summer's garden. Chard and kale are great examples. When in a hurry, you may skip the dressing for this salad and instead use pre-made poppy dressing for similar carb counts and great flavor. Enjoy! ![]()
