When: Mondays 12:10PM - 12:40PM

This supportive lunch meal is for adults (16+) recovering from an eating disorder or disordered eating.
Expect a pleasant environment with light conversation to facilitate a social experience, a safe space for accountability with nourishing yourself, normalization of structured meals, and healing through social support provided by staff and peers.
Bring your own lunch; Synergy will not be providing any food to participants
Meal structure will include a check-in, 20-minutes of dining, and a post-meal reflection.
