Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT)
Status: Part/Full Time and Occasional coverage available, employee position
DESCRIPTION and QUALIFICATIONS: Therapists provide clinical treatment using varied deep tissue and treatment modalities. Training in Deep Tissue, Force Line, Cupping, Gua Sha, Acupressure, Prenatal, Thai, or other advanced skills are a plus. Comfort treating injuries as well as people in all body sizes are a must.
Our treatment rooms have electric lift tables, and our therapists DO NO LAUNDRY. Yep--you read that right. No laundry.
Clinic hours are M-F 10am to 7 pm, Sat 9-5:30. Some Saturdays are required. Everyone gets at least 2 consecutive days off in a row.
The perfect candidate is a hard worker, punctual, friendly, professional, dependable, and empathetic. Proficiency with computers is needed. We work hard, support each other, and have fun! Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills and clean, professional appearance. This is more than just a job; you are contributing to a team and the wellbeing of loyal clients. Therapists are more than a technician without a name or face; you are a valued member of the team and a clinician with autonomy over your client's treatments.
Those who are qualified and interested will also have opportunity to teach CEU classes, with support from our team. Additional administrative (marketing, reception) duties are available for those who seek more hours in a non hands-on manner.
Candidate must be active Licensed Massage Therapist by the State of Oregon.
$1,000 sign-on bonus for therapists who are already credentialed with the following insurance companies: BCBS, MODA, PacificSource, Cigna, and Providence.
COMPENSATION:
Pay: $42.75 - $47 per hour
We offer competitive pay (base pay plus commission) and gratuities are great.
All staff earn paid time off, short term disability insurance, and retirement package.
Full time employees are eligible for the following additional benefits:
$100 annual continuing education stipend (after 12 months of employment) PLUS in-house CEU
Retirement with 3% matching (after 12 months of employment, immediately fully vested)
Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and alternative care health benefits (after 60d review).
Full time for LMT is considered 20 client hours or more per week.

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
Status: Full-Time Flex Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)
Description and Qualifications
Outpatient services are provided via telehealth and in-person visits at our locations throughout Central Oregon. Local travel may be required.
Our dietitians provide MNT for a variety of conditions including eating disorders as well as public health nutrition services to the WIC program.
Schedule: Flex/As scheduled, up to 40 hours per week (may include occasional weekends) patient care hours vary between 9 am and 7pm.
Required
- RDN credential and State of Oregon Licensed Dietitian
- Belief in and adherence to Health at Every Size® and Intuitive Eating philosophies
- Advanced experience with and interest in the treatment of varied conditions
Responsibilities Patient Care and Education
- Using evidence-based weight-inclusive practices, conducts nutrition assessments, interventions, and follow-up in a patient-centered manner for patients referred by area providers
- Collaborates with a team of dietitians
- Participate in case conferences with interdisciplinary teams for patient care (mental health, primary care, etc)
- Provide support for diabetes and nutrition group education programs, and in some cases develop, maintain, and conduct group education programs
- Utilize motivational interviewing (MI) skills to support patients in a patient-centered manner
Administrative
- Participate in collaboration of care and marketing to area providers
- Utilize technology effectively and efficiently for scheduling, communications, and record keeping
- Maintains accurate records and completes documentation in a timely manner
- Participate in social media and web campaigns, advertising, and promotion
Compensation:
Pay is determined based on education level, specialty certifications, and time with the organization. Pay reviews are provided annually and compensation will be adjusted based on performance, time with the organization, and cost of living adjustments.
Pay scale range is $31.22-41.66/hour.
