Hey There!
I'm RanDee Anshutz, your LMT Coach. I'm a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Massage Therapist, and Certified Body Trust® Provider. I'm really passionate about teaching, mentoring, and giving back to our profession; I feel really fortunate to have built an incredible practice over the last 24 years, and I'm hoping to share some lessons learned and support you in achieving your career goals. I was lucky enough to have some great mentors early on in my journey, and now it's time for me to give back----call it my karma.

I was about to say that I've gotten every job I've ever applied for, but then I remembered this one weird group interview for a banking job that didn't end well. Other than that---"I've gotten every job I've ever applied for."
I took a resume to my first job interview the day I turned 16. I'd spent years developing that resume so that on the fateful day when I was finally of-age to earn my own cheddar I would be a shoe-in. I did this by taking resume building classes, CPR classes, babysitting skills classes, volunteering, participating in girl scouts---you name it; I was motivated. It worked. Burgerville didn't know what hit them. It's been a while since that first job, and I've put 28+ years of experience in health care under my belt since that time. Now is the time for me to share that experience with you.
Over the last 11+ years as my practice has grown in leaps and bounds I've had the opportunity to interview, hire, mentor, and learn from many LMT's. There have been some trends that I've observed, and heard, from other LMT's. I've heard of and seen struggles with developing a professional portfolio that gives a candidate the competitive edge, and had some people really struggle with the interview process. I've heard therapists talk about getting turned down from jobs because they lacked the necessary experience and skills, yet were caught in a cycle of not being able to gain said skills if no one would take a chance on them. And, I've received a ton A TON of massages----yay! During those sessions I've felt and seen many therapists working much harder than they needed to, in order to get their desired level of depth or impact on the body. I want to help with all of these things!
