WINTER IS HERE!
Here are our cancellation policies and procedures:
Please be safe! Winter driving conditions require extra time, space, and patience.
In general, we follow the local public school schedules. If schools are in--so are we! On these days, our regular cancellation policies and procedures are in place (24 hour notice required to cancel without charge)
If schools are delayed or cancelled, you may cancel your appointment without charge as long as you give us 1 hour (or more is better!) notice. Please try to give us as much advanced notice as possible. We often have a waitlist of folks with 4 x 4 vehicles who will gladly take your spot if there's enough notice!
On non-school days ie: weekends and holidays, please plan ahead and cancel your appointment if you don't feel comfortable driving in the current and forecasted conditions.
On these days, if snow or ice are present and we are given at least 1 hour notice (or more is better!) we will not charge you for weather related cancelations.
No-shows are still charged for appointment times because your provider has made the trek into the office and is waiting for you! We don't double book our appointments, so that entire appointment time is set aside just for you.
For nutrition therapy and diabetes education clients, we will gladly switch you to telehealth so that you can stay home and stay safe. Just let us know!
